Throughout their professional careers, founding partners Rodrigo Alvares, Kauê Goudinho and Marcus Bezerra identified a recurring problem. While lawyers produced technically flawless opinions, business owners and managers kept struggling to turn legal knowledge into effective decisions for their businesses.

From that realization came AGB's proposal: to build a firm able to combine technical excellence, strategic vision and accessible language. A model in which law is no longer just support for isolated situations and becomes integrated into the company's management, operations and goals.

The PERSE case

The firm identified the opportunities of the PERSE program early on and saved its clients more than R$ 250 million.

Strategy for those who make Brazil grow

AGB consolidated its mission of bringing the legal and accounting intelligence of multinationals to small and mid-sized companies.

Expansion and transformation

The team doubled in size and the office was redesigned as an open space, while injunctions secured clients' rights in the second phase of PERSE.
